Curatio Health currently delivers within Malaysia. For international delivery enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) working days after payment
confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping within Malaysia is free. The shipping cost is RM0 on every order, and checkout shows RM0 before you pay.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Curatio Health shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, customs inspections, or public emergencies.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be borne by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
